Good transport link, nearby gas station, decent wifi connection

No air conditioning in the room!!! Cleanliness was lacking with visible stains on curtains and a dirty bathroom!!! Room size could be better and lighting was subpar!!! More hanging points for clothes would be appreciated!!!

Great value and comfy stay!

The beds were super comfy, and we got rooms with a connecting door, which was perfect for our fam. Breakfast was awesome—loved the eggs and making waffles! Only bummer was the bathroom towels were kinda small. But everything else was spot on!

Request extra pillows for added comfort. The provided ones are quite thin. A small fridge would enhance your stay during hot weather.

We had an enjoyable stay with our grandson. the central location made it easy to explore. The staff was accommodating when we needed help with directions, and we loved the complimentary Wi-Fi which kept everyone connected during our trip.

My children wished for better family amenities in the hotel. A small play area would have been a great addition for kids.

the ibis has friendly staff and is located between alexanderplatz and prenzlauer berg. my room had a fantastic view of the tv tower. transport links were easy to navigate with a tram stop just a few minutes away. It’s only a 15-minute stroll to alexanderplatz. i loved the basic but cozy room and the comfortable bed!

We spent three nights in a cozy twin room. Enjoyed the local snack options from the gas station next door. Breakfast offered a unique touch with honey from local beehives, though I wished for more topping choices. The staff was helpful when needed. Perfect if you value location over frills!

Fantastic location and comfortable stay

I stayed here with my boyfriend for 2 nights while exploring the city. The location was fantastic, just a short walk from the subway and several attractions like Alexanderplatz. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a warm shower and air conditioning. I would definitely recommend this place for its convenience and value, although the air conditioning could have worked better.

I enjoyed my stay at Ibis in Berlin. The location allowed easy access to many historic sites, and the comfortable rooms provided a pleasant retreat after my adventures. However, the heating system could use an upgrade.

The hotel offers a great location close to public transport, making it easy to explore Berlin. The room was clean and adequate, but some amenities were lacking, like a kettle and room service that started early. Nonetheless, the friendly staff made up for a few small inconveniences.
